I’m Heidi Ahmed, the artist behind House of Watercolor.

The themes of my work are primarily wildlife, but my work also focuses on education regarding both watercolor technique and the subject matter itself. I enjoy collaborating with various societies including zoos, rescue organizations, and wildlife sanctuaries by using my art for fundraising and promoting conservation efforts.

When I’m not in my studio painting, I can easily be found reading, learning Mandarin Chinese, gardening, or traveling to capture reference photos for future work.
