How do I buy an original?
It's easy! All available originals can be found on my Etsy shop HERE.
I create many, many paintings each year and release them in collections a few times per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media, my blog, and mailing list. These paintings tend to go pretty quickly, so be sure to be prompt!

Can I commission a painting?
Absolutely! I love working individually with clients to bring their idea into reality. You can visit my Commission page to learn more.
Print quality and details
Do you offer larger print options?
The prints in my shop are only available up to 20x24 inches (most are only available up to 18x24). This is because the image quality and the delicacy of the details are very important to me and add to the value of my work.
If you are interested in filling a large area of your wall with my artwork (which is awesome - thank you!!) I recommend putting together a collection of 3-4 pieces. I offer collector discounts on multiple prints. email shop@emilyjeffords.com to discuss that!
I partner with Minted to create several very large prints (up to 44 x 60 inches). They offer my artwork on fine paper and also offer framing! See that collection here:
How is my artwork going to be shipped?
Originals:
I paint in oil which takes a substantial amount of time to dry. I will not ship a painting before it is ready to be tightly packaged (4-7 weeks from painting completion).
All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.
Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.
Artwork larger than 50 inches is sent un-stretched and rolled safely in a sturdy tube. We will then work with a local framer to build the support bars and stretch the canvas. This usually costs between $100-200 depending on the size and location.
If you prefer to ship your large painting fully stretched we will use a freight service to expertly handle the painting and deliver it right to your living room ($300-500)
Prints:
All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged beautifully in paper or plastic sleeve.
Prints 8x10 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer while prints 11x14 and larger are mailed in a thick tube.
Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail (usually arrives within 4 days within the US)
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All items purchased from Lost in Reverie are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of receiving payment.
For international orders please allow 2-5 weeks for your package to arrive. At this time the US postal service does not provide tracking for international orders.
The customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, and customs fees on international shipments.
Archival art prints are signed and protected in a poly sleeve. My artwork is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.
refunds / exchanges
For a full refund, please contact me within 10 days of receipt to return the item. (provided the item is in its original package, in the same condition as when it was sent to you.) Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
If your order has become damaged through the mail, please contact me with a picture of the product within 7 days of receiving your order and I will replace the item right away!
privacy / security
Lost in Reverie, LLC is 100% in contract with Paypal, the leading funding company for top corporations in the domestic USA. Paypal uses the latest anti-fraud technology to help fight against fraud and spammers and will NEVER share your financial information with merchants and/or private companies. I will never sell your personal information to anyone.
color variation
All monitors display colors a little differently. The actual color of your item may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. I do my very best to represent the colors of my artwork as accurately as possible on my website.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work completely honestly and clearly.

Do you offer watercolor classes or online tutorials?
WORKSHOPS & CLASSES: I love to host painting workshops and retreats in my studio! These classes happen about once a season and each is more refreshing and creatively energizing than the last! (sign up for my mailing list to stay up to date on those!). I alsomentor creative entrepreneurs both one-on-one and in group conversations.
Donating artwork for charity

Interior designers
I love working with designers because I love it when my artwork lives in a fine looking room! I offer designers a discount on Giclee prints. Please email shop@emilyjeffords.com so we can set up a specific coupon code for you to use frequently. I do not offer discounts on original paintings nor do I allow my work to be marked up without consent.
